Show duration and time remaining for videos #940

When playing videos through the score system it is necessary to give signals to the video operators, emcee, and others for how much time is left in the video.
Describe the solution you'd like
A progress bar that shows the total length of the video and time remaining in the video. That way we can give a count-in to those that need to know how much time is remaining in the video and when the video is about to end.
Describe alternatives you've considered
In the past I have used OBS Studio to play videos which shows this exact information making it easy to give hand signals and count down the last 5 seconds to hand back to the emcee.
