Add ability to play custom videos #941

Add the ability to upload and play custom videos through the score system.
Describe the solution you'd like
A way to import a custom video and then play it through the score system similar to the built in ones. For example, this last weekend we played a short 30 second hype video before the opening ceremony, but we had to play it through OBS because there is no way I can find to add it directly to the score system.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Play the videos in an external player such as OBS or VLC.
Additional context
I haven't been to an event that gave out the Compass award, so I don't know if there is a built in way to play that winning video or not. If not this could also help cover that use case as well.
