How to convert all .nii images into 2d jpg images from a directory?

Greeting, i am unable to convert my all nii images into 2d images. I have more than 1000 nii images that I have to convert in 2d images. But through given instruction I only able to convert one nii to jpg at a time.
Please someone help or share the script to convert all nii images that are in a directory.

I am also facing a similar problem and I have yet to figure it out, but by any chance were you able to find a way to convert all nii images into jpg from a directory?
