Making the hierarchy tab more smoother.

It would be cool to have a smoother and more stable hierarchy menu, making it easier to drag and drop items like scenes and prefabs and others stuff possible, Here are some ideas for improvements:

• New options when right-clicking on a parent GameObject to decompose it.
• Easier removal of a child from a parent in the root hierarchy with a simple drag and drop. (Currently, this process involves somewhat inconvenient workarounds).
• The ability to drag and drop prefabs onto the root of the hierarchy.
