Configure serializer only for some package?

I have generated sources from openapi. I'd like to disable returning null/empty collections and maps.
I did following changes to the ObjectMapper

final JsonInclude.Value nonEmpty = JsonInclude.Value.construct(
          JsonInclude.Include.NON_EMPTY,
          JsonInclude.Include.NON_NULL
);
objectMapper.configOverride(Collection.class).setIncludeAsProperty(nonEmpty);
objectMapper.configOverride(List.class).setIncludeAsProperty(nonEmpty);
objectMapper.configOverride(Set.class).setIncludeAsProperty(nonEmpty);
objectMapper.configOverride(Map.class).setIncludeAsProperty(nonEmpty);

however this affects every class, which is not wanted. Can I somehow enable NON_EMPTY and NON_NULL serialization but just for some packages (e.g. com.example.*.generated.*)?

Can't you create different objectmapper instances to handle different message types? Maybe Swagger team can add this feature to their libs.

it works differently, in openapi-generator you would have to modify mustache templates, and it has another drawbacks.

No, I don't think there is a way to define such contextuality unfortunately.

Although... you MIGHT be able to figure out a way to override lookup for @JsonInclude as performance via AnnotationIntrospector configured (typically JacksonAnnotationIntrospector) -- you can override specific lookup method (don't remember name off-hand should be easy to find) and handle logic there, based on Annotated being passed (AnnotatedMethod, AnnotatedField).
It probably gets bit tricky but might work out.
