chore: update Cargo.lock with dependency version bumps

- Bump versions for several packages including bitflags (2.11.0), bumpalo (3.20.2), cc (1.2.60), darling (0.23.0), and others.
- Update checksums to reflect the new versions.
- Remove fnv package as it is no longer required.
