Confused

Im quite interested in this but i dont know how. When i dl the zip, theres no exe file, only . jar and when the instruction said via terminal command, it spiraled down real quick. Im a noob. I tried opening cmd but i cant input anything without it saying cant find what you speciefied thingy.

And is this available in android too?

Hi. You need to install Java first before you can launch the program. You can do a search on google and follow the steps there.
