Add support for Vulkan config GUIs

Hi, you should add support for the Not Enough Vulkan and VulkanMod extra.

Support for Not Enough Vulkan should be prioritized because it's available for the newest MC version but it would also be very helpful to have backported support for VulkanMod Extra as well.

This would likely add compatibility with Vulkan for mods that work ontop of reese's sodium options like the Sodium Options API mod and the Enchanted Sodium Options mod.
