CAD models and materials of the movable gripper version

I have some confusion about the movable gripper version, and could you give me some answers?

1. Did you buy the gear rack or 3D print it?

2. Did you buy the guide rail? Can you provide a link to buy it?

3. If I want to use the movable gripper version on the end of a UR5 robot, what robot gripper (e.g. robotiq) and gripper mount (used to connect adaptive fin-shaped gripper and the robot gripper) should I use?

1. We 3D printed the gear rack, as shown in the CAD files.

2. The guide rail is a standard component. The model number is: BMN9H-2-L190-ZF-C-E5

3. If you want to use the movable gripper version with a UR5 robot, you may need to design a custom gripper mount to connect the adaptive fin-shaped gripper with the robot gripper. It’s usually a simple CAD design.

A Robotiq gripper should work fine, and other parallel grippers are also compatible.
