US0007_broadcaster Update navigation bar ui to include a header with the app title

1. The navbar / sidebar should have the title "Leaf Blower"
2. The navbar / sidebar should have a color matching the page headers, so that grayish color.
3. The navbar/ sidebar only matches the grayish color up until the page headers height ends.
4. It should look like it goes straight across the screen.
