gui not loading

the gui is not loading. the program still works in the terminal but the gui does not load.

Where do I get libappindiicator-gtk3?

just install it via dnf/yum
https://packages.fedoraproject.org/pkgs/libappindicator/libappindicator-gtk3/

Were you able to fix this? It says I have libappindicator-gtk3 installed but still the GUI doesn't show up. I did accidentally run the Ubuntu script on Fedora but then ran the Fedora script, not sure if that affected things.

It's in the comments of the top part of the script but you need this Gnome shell extension (if you use gnome that is) https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/615/appindicator-support/

this fixed it for me.
