Error on Customized XSLT for tan collate

I've started a customized XSLT in a branch on this repo:

Currently having trouble getting output, though I can see messages going through indicating processing.
It's erroring on line 155 of TAN-fn-strings-collate-standard.xsl.

I think this is a division by zero error that I also ran across when I was running performance tests in the last several weeks. If that's the case, then the upcoming support release for TAN 2021 will address that bug. It will take some time before it gets rolled out, as I need to update documentation to explain the updates. jk
