Variant display notes need a means to show paragraph breaks #12
Description
Variant annotations aren't showing where there's a paragraph break in a given variant text. What's happening instead is that text from the next paragraph is being pulled in without even a white space break. We could consider just outputting a paragraph symbol (¶), or a literal line break within the note.
