Replace "Category" M:M field in GEAR Manager (IT standards) with the new TRM taxonomy

• We can utilize the existing "Category" data field in the IT Standards GEAR Manager view to add the new TRM taxonomy (zk_technology_TRM links obj_TRM to obj_technology). Keep the name consistent with how we reference it on the site by naming the data field "Technology Category".
• Add title to the technology category table on the IT standards detail page: "Technology Categories"
