There seems to be confusion about what each table is supposed to represent and what each piece of data signifies. We need a way to communicate this clearly, either through tooltips or captions.

Questions that arise: Are tooltips accessibility-friendly, or would captions be a better option here?

I believe that the total messages "sent" is a combination of (delivered, failed, and pending) messages. Slack discussion here for reference:

so tooltips are for total, delivered, and failed only, correct? @jonathanbobel

total = every message ever pending, delivered, or failed
delivered = successfully delivered to phone number
failed = unable to fully deliver to phone number
