After LTR structure rework its size and building cost increased drastically, about 8x and 4x times respectively. This should be reflected in higher throughput per centrifuge (maybe about 2x?) by increasing bonuses from currently almost useless solenoids and coils benefits

Your Goal

Buff new LTR so it can be on about same level as before in terms of cost to productivity ratio

Im open to suggestions,
the numbers i set were subject to change if the majority feels like its too weak.
My thought was that this machine doesnt need spam in any way and therefore doesnt need to be giga op to compensate the increased cost

Both 8x parallels per hatch tier and solenoid tier seems somewhat fair to me
