Make Context-gathering subagent to be more proactive

Because I like overall framework, I'm trying to not mess this up.
And I need your help to understand how to make it more proactive. As in this example above, I specifically asked the to use master template to make decision. when I sent the exact same prompt to the claude code without your framework. It searched the files and made decision that specific sections should be involved in this task. But cc-sessions asking me all the time in these type of cases.

Do you have any idea how to free up the framework in these particular cases?

somehow force it to find answers within codebase. And if no answers found, ask the user.

Based on the information and example image provided it is not clear what you are trying to achieve. Perhaps you can explain in more detail and with a different example? Like what 'master' template and what 'prompt'? It's confusing for me (someone who uses cc-sessions daily).
