I searched for a long time and couldn't find the relevant file name

You have too look in aircraft/gui. There you'll find all alarms. The one you're probably looking for is alarm_radar. Note the Tabs in the event. See the pictures. Why the "alarm_launch_detected" event and the "missle_launch" in the "Launch" tab of the "alarm_radar" event are the same sound is unknow to me.
