Option to mutate events

While I would like to keep events immutable this is not always feasible.
For example the GDPR in Europe requires services that process PII to correct or delete them when requested.

Would you be willing to accept (feature guarded) additions that would allow for this?

But this may not be enough is events are published to an event broker like a Kafka. May need crypto shredding also
