Improvement to Social Media Preview

Currently the meta tags used are only for twitter and anywhere that supports open graph, HOWEVER, the title of the site does not properly embedd.

- Make it so site title properly embeds
- Insert a brief excerpt from the post
- Improve the cover image, taking inspiration from GitHub
