Media injection - resize + crop

Right now, when injecting media in Genymotion desktop, you can either crop, keep aspect ratio (padded with black bars), or resize.

What I expected: Image gets centered, then scaled to no longer have black bars (shrinks or expands), overflow regions are cropped off.
What happens: Image gets centered, if it overflows on 4 sides it gets shrunken down, the 2 sides still overflowing get cropped.
Implications: For low resolution images, "crop" just centers the image instead of properly cropping it, leaving black bars on 4 sides of it.

Suggested solution: Either change the behaviour of "crop", or add a "keep aspect + crop" option.

The team will take it in consideration for future update, that's unfortunately too late for the upcoming Desktop 3.10 version.
