I don't see how to implement the GameModes (except for Urban/Suburban),
i.e. day/rushhour, time/passengers etc.
Maybe this is just an issue with the documentation...
Also, when/how would the passenger-mode end,
if one of the trains does not deliver its passenger ?
(E.g. a train stuck in a loop, or blocked in a traffic-jam)
