Arabic letters are written from left to right, so mistakes often appear and the words do not appear correctly. Also there may be some errors in the translation, so I want to check through a trial version before publishing the translation.

Hi, I’m really, really happy to see this translation! Thanks for this! We haven’t tested any RTL languages yet and I’m guessing that we will have to do some fine-tuning and layout adjustments. I’m guessing we’ll be able to do this for next version. Thanks again! Rami

Looks like this was made with an older structure of the language file.
There's also some issues with Linting which are being problematic because of the \" stuff. Perhaps we should take that out for arabic.
