Feature Request

Description:
A plugin to seamlessly integrate PSAT CLI into existing Puppeteer-based testing pipelines.

Motivation:
Enable users to identify potential issues as part of their deployment cycle, including factors such as third-party cookies which would be blocked by user choice, hampering the intended user experience.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Allow users to easily configure and run the PSAT CLI puppeter plugin
• Validate effectiveness on common CUJs: GDPR, Authentication, Shopping
• Generate report derived form PSAT reporting capabilities
