Add colorful labels similar to the github issues labels

On the release notes section, some colorful labels could be added next to the build number for better clarity. For example:

2025XXXXXX (Stable)

2025022700 (Alpha-only) (Current) 

2025021100 (Stable)

If the user isn't on the latest release:

2025020500 (Stable) (Current) (Out-of-date)

I propose different labels:

1. Stable
2. Beta (hidden if also in stable channel)
3. Alpha (hidden if also in beta or stable channel)
4. Active (shows the currently running OS version, ignoring the non-booted A/B partition)

Users could intuitively see they're out-of-date if the active release isn't labeled stable anymore.
