Create a testing and reporting template for our test engineering.

Please take these two services as the target to test against :

https://dev-k8s.treetracker.org/query/trees

And use k6 as the test tool, to give the comparison of these two endpoints, and finish a report of the test, explain the way to test, the output and the conclusion of the test result.

Please raise a PR to commit the test result/report.

Also please give a guide in the readme about how to run the tool.

We will use output of this issue to work as a template to apply to our test task in the future.
