Incorrect Lumbridge goblin and giant spider spawn count

Describe the bug
The level-2 goblin and giant spider spawn count across the Lumbridge river looks incorrect. There are too many spawn locations (30+ goblins and 5 giant spiders); it seems like the modern osrs spawn count is currently being used instead of the 2010/2011 spawn count.

To Reproduce

1. Visit the mob of goblins and giant spiders across the Lumbridge river.

Expected behavior
There should only be approximately 17 goblin and 3 giant spider spawns in this area.

Additional context
I've used the osrs.world cache rs2-634_2010-12-09 to get the reference images of the spawn locations for rs2-634 and osrs-239 (latest cache).

Here is a video source from 10/22/2010 with the rs2-625 cache: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GCAdSCHHkPU. The rs2-625 spawns are the same as rs2-634 when compared in osrs.world

Thanks, the osrs.world cache seems to be using 2009scape spawns which can be found here: https://github.com/dennisdev/rs-map-viewer/blob/d3c569b1cde38aac6182dd141fc4c84beaf06798/src/mapviewer/data/npc/npc-spawns-2009.json they might not be 100% but they will probably be closer than what we currently have
