Error rendering data template: UndefinedError: None has no element 0

After the latest update of Home Assistant, I get a bunch of "Error rendering data template: UndefinedError: None has no element 0"

What I had was working for a long time. I've not had time to dig in too much - WiFi and MQTT is working fine and I do see the select page buttons are still showing up.

I recall a similar issue that was fixed in 1.05 (that I'm running) so hoping someone knowns what happened...

There is a known mqtt issue - not sure it if is related but did a HASP core reset (automation). Working again 👍
