Unused module function - latticeParameters

The latticeParameters function defined in hexrd/core/material/crystallography appears to be unused. The latticeParameters property of the Material class appears to now use an entirely separate sequence to generate the lattice parameters.

Consider removing.

Note: All unit tests pass when this function is simply removed.

I know some of those functions in crystallography.py were being used in some of @darrencpagan's scripts. We should verify this won't break his scripts, or help him move to a new function.

Which scripts are specifically affected? Will the functions be moved or deleted? Just updating the scripts to point to new locations isn't a huge deal. Darren C.
