feat(pull): manual work on pull request #79
Description
When ive created an issue with simone and did a work_issue. there is a pull request created. so far perfect.
then the only option ive is to refine the pr.
in some examples i want to do changes manually (or let claude make changes at my request)
so i want a command which commits the open changes and also do a summary to the pull request.
currently i commit manually and genereate a summary and post it manually on the pull.
