No information text in the sub-section commented signals

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the app and log in as a user who didn't post any signal yet
2. Go to side menu > Verify that 'My Signals' menu is available under the 'Profile' secondary menu
3. Select 'My Signals' and verify that the user is navigated to a page with a header 'My Signals'
4. Verify that the page consists of 2 toggle menus: 'Submitted Signals' and 'Commented Signals'
5. Verify that by default, the user lands on 'Submitted Signals'
6. Verify that in both of the sub-sections, the user is able to see an informative text that they do not have any signals.

Expected result:
The user is not able to see any signal in the 'Submitted Signals' menu nor in the 'Commented Signals'

Actual result:
The user is not able to see any signal in the 'Submitted Signals' menu, but there is no informative text in the 'Commented Signals'

In general, there is an informative text saying that there are no signals to be shown. As per the screenshot, it looks like some exception/error has occurred "Where clause'(ownerId != .......)". Not sure to what is the root cause, if this an intermittent issue or if it has been fixed. Could you please confirm whether you are still able to reproduce the issue?
