Deleted signals are visible

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the app and log in
2. Submit a signal in the application
3. Go to side menu > 'My Signals' > 'Submitted Signals'
4. Open the signal created in step 2
5. Go to the signal > Click on Delete (bin) button and delete the Signal
6. Go back to the signal in My Signals and verify that the signal is no longer available in the menu

Expected result:
Deleted signals should not be visible in My Signals

Actual result:
Deleted signals are visible in My Signal

This is actually intended behaviour so users can check details of their deleted signals. However, we may think of adding an indication in the list that the signal is actually deleted - maybe having the title in strikethrough or adding a bin icon!?
