Unable to access webtool or repository at http://apps.molbiol.ox.ac.uk/sasquatch/cgi-bin/foot.cgi

When I try to access http://apps.molbiol.ox.ac.uk/sasquatch/cgi-bin/foot.cgi I get a "this site can't be reached" error so I can't use the webtool or download any of the reference data.
