Hello,

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out! In general, Label Studio is a browser-based annotation tool, which means that any PC graphics tablet (such as ugee, XP-Pen, or VEIKK) that is properly installed and recognized by your operating system should work as well as a standard mouse. Many users have successfully used tablets for polygon annotations, and they usually function by emulating a mouse pointer. However, performance can depend on factors like your browser version, tablet drivers, and system configuration.

Since you'll be labeling over 2,000 images manually using polygons, I recommend doing a quick test with a small batch of images first to ensure that your tablet integrates smoothly with Label Studio. If you notice any issues—for example, delays or misinterpretation of your pen input—please let us know details such as your OS, browser version, and any error messages you might see. This will help us provide more targeted assistance.

Thank you,
Abu
