Notifications disappeared

My spotify started being super laggy and when I searched about it, it was caused by notifications manager. And I noticed my notifications were not working at all.

It crashes randomly. I can't seem to find when it breaks. It outputs WARNING: format_string %" is unknown. when I change volume but doesn't crash at that time. I'm trying to find what causes it.

Found the issue! It's related to special characters as you mentioned. It crashes when a japanese/korean song is played.

Cool for now you can downgrade pango. Or maybe try another notif daemon.
