Support for multiple source ports of the same type

Title says as it is. Now you still can set two gzdoom's, but other one would be called Custom Engine and you can't rename it for some reason and launcher won't allows me to change it's picture to gzdoom.

Are you using the windows released binary or compiling from source? Because I believe this may have been fixed recently.
