Hovers hard to read with dark theme due to background color washing into the editor area.

editorHoverWidget.background: Background color of the editor hover.

There isn't support for editorHoverWidget.foreground. I opened this feature request: microsoft/vscode#63039.

@petenicholls Is this still in issue? The hovers are easy to read for me.
