T-Tree Granular submodule leads to 404; is the repo private?

Possibly this is something weird going on with my system locally, but when I click through on the T-Tree granular patch submodule I get a github 404 error page. Is it possible the granular patch repository is a private repo that I don't have permission to see? If so, was that intentional?
