There's no direct way to update or delete a ticket from the main list view. This causes extra navigation steps to manage tickets.

Describe the solution you'd like
implement a three dots (ellipsis) menu on the top right corner of the TicketCard component. Upon clicking the three dots, users should be presented with options to:

• Update.

• Delete.
