Currently, the ticketing system does not support file uploads such as photos or videos to help better explain and illustrate the reported issues. Adding file upload functionality would significantly enhance the user experience by allowing users to attach relevant media files, providing clearer context to issues. For instance, photos or videos of bugs, technical problems, or system failures can aid support teams in understanding and addressing tickets faster and more accurately.
