The Role

Position: Social Media Manager
Type: Part-time Remote (10-20 hours/week)
Compensation: 100-300 LTD tokens/month + performance bonuses
Start Date: Immediate

What You'll Do

• Content Creation: Daily posts across Twitter/X, Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, Instagram
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments, DMs, build relationships with followers
• Growth Strategy: Develop and execute social media growth campaigns
• Analytics: Track metrics, optimize content based on performance
• Partnerships: Identify and engage with Web3 influencers, communities, projects
• Event Coverage: Live-tweet beta testing milestones, AMAs, launches

Requirements

Must Have:

• ✅ Proven social media management experience (portfolio required)
• ✅ Deep understanding of Web3/crypto/DeFi culture and terminology
• ✅ Excellent English writing skills (Spanish a plus for Honduras market)
• ✅ Experience growing accounts from <500 to 10K+ followers
• ✅ Familiarity with tools: Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, analytics platforms
• ✅ Self-motivated, can work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have:

• 🟢 Experience with Discord/Telegram community management
• 🟢 Graphic design skills (memes, infographics, video editing)
• 🟢 Understanding of Polygon, Layer 2s, DeFi protocols
• 🟢 Latin American market knowledge

Compensation Structure

Base Tokens (Monthly)

• 100-300 LTD tokens/month based on performance and hours

Performance Bonuses

• 50 LTD: Achieve monthly follower growth target (+500 Twitter, +100 Discord)
• 25 LTD: Viral post (10K+ impressions)
• 100 LTD: Major partnership secured (influencer collab, exchange listing coverage)
• 200 LTD: Community milestone (5K+ Discord members, 10K+ Twitter followers)

Token Details

⚠️ Important Transparency:

• Tokens currently on Polygon Amoy TESTNET (no current monetary value)
• Tokens represent vesting certificates redeemable 1:1 on mainnet (Q2 2026)
• Estimated future value: $0.10-$1.00 per LTD (speculative, not guaranteed)
• Early team members receive +25% mainnet bonus

Example: 200 LTD/month × 6 months = 1,200 LTD + 25% bonus = 1,500 LTD (~$150-$1,500 future value)
