export_netCDF file?

I’m new to ISSM, so apologies if this is a basic question, but has the export_netcdf function been replaced? Most of the example scripts still use export_netcdf, yet I can’t find it in the latest precompiled distribution or after compiling it myself. My guess is that it has been replaced by read_netCDF and write_netCDF, but I still encounter errors when running the example scripts with these functions.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

the netCDF export is still something that we are working on. We had several functions to read and write models in netcdfs and they are all in src/m/netcdf/. export_netcdf has indeed been replaced by write_netCDF. These functions do not support all model classes yet so I recommend that you save your models in MATLAB's (or python's) native format for now.
