I solved this error using the instructions in the first comment in This link
The problem is that the input tensors are on the GPU but the model weights aren't. In this case, you need to send your model weights to the GPU.
So, I added the following code in the cell where we load the weights for testing as shown in the screenshot:
# send model weights to the GPU.
if torch.cuda.is_available():
model.cuda()
