The proof is in Cassels-Froehlich and is described in the blueprint (or will be when I push to main), in label \label{IsDedekindDomain.HeightOneSpectrum.adicCompletionComapAlgEquiv_integral}. The sorry is IsDedekindDomain.HeightOneSpectrum.adicCompletionComapAlgEquiv_integral in FLT/DedekindDomain/FiniteAdeleRing/BaseChange.lean.
