Mr. Badde, do you mean embedding Nodezator into Blender? Or just an addon for the socket proximity detection feature?

Embedding Nodezator into Blender, or rather, creating a version of Nodezator inside Blender would indeed be awesome. But it is something that'd take a couple years for me to be able to tackle, and several months to be completed once started. But who knows, I'll keep my mind open. Nodezator was created out of my desire to use Blender's node editor for general computing anyway, so in a sense it would just be a way to bring it back home.

However, if you were talking just about the socket proximity detection feature, I'd love to submit a free addon, but at the moment I can't because Blender doesn't launch on my low-spec pc anymore (which is understandable/fair, since the project has grown so much in the past few years). It may take some time since I have so much on my plate, but if I get the chance to borrow a more powerful pc from a friend or acquaintance I might be able to put an addon together quickly and submit it.
