Package loss at follower ViperX #14

Hi,

I have purchased recently an Aloha whole package and successfully assembled it. Currently, I am trying to use the code provided to run teleoperation and data recording. But there is one issue is that once you start controlling (so running data collection/teleoperation script once you have Bringup running) one of the arms or both start failing after some moment with such error:

[TxRxResult] Incorrect status packet!
groupSyncRead getdata failed
groupSyncRead getdata failed
groupSyncRead getdata failed

I have tries to check the cables and change ports as well as mentioned in troubleshooting, though nothing seems to help. Such issue happens only with follower robots. Do you know what could help in this situation?
