Ideas for halocarbon after Hector v3 (note this is just a collection of ideas)

Add OH dependency to HFCs and HCFCs (Add OH dependance to HFC lifetimes #356)
Rename component since also models other F-gases
Make the list of the F-gases more accessible in R hector, consider exposing the total F-gases RF value
Add missing F-gases from the IPCC AR6 Table 7.SM.7
Forcing component shouldn't have to know individual halocarbons (Forcing component shouldn't have to know individual halocarbons #59)
