Describe the bug
Installation doesn't run if .NET 7 is not present in the system, but afterwards the exec won't run if .NET 8 is not installed. On top of that the current .NET version is 9 :-)

To Reproduce
Try installing current release (as of 26.02.25).

Expected behaviour
Focus on a single .NET version. Preferrably the current one.
