D2DX Logo appears on skill tree description in 1.09b under Wine

Your logo appears here on this specific barbarian skill tree description. I run D2 on Linux these days thanks to Bottles and after reinstalling the game and D2DX created a Barbarian and noticed this bug.
I would be curious to know if other people have this small issue.

I'm using latest release of D2DX (obviously) along with -3dfx -w with 1.09b game client.

I do not experience this issue using Windows and using the same D2 version and launch parameters.

How the title screen is determined is a complete hack job and doing it properly requires a different patch per game version. I would just disable the logo.
