Dockerising my Fore application

My Fore app is working great in my local environment. Now I want to create a docker container and run it in my VM. Presumably this has been done many times and some kind of example / best practice / lessons learned version of the docker file is around?

The service will be given its own sub-domain and run behind Nginx and https, so any view of this from the masters also gratefully received.

i can't offer special expertise here (not being such a big Docker fan) but i guess that shouldn't be that hard to find out. If however you find a solution, please share for others.
